Xin Yi has a factory located in Qifu Industrial Park, Huadu district, Guangzhou city, with only 15 minutes' drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The office and the factory cover 1,200 square meters and have 30 employees including 2 senior technicians. Currently, Xin Yi has four production lines and the annual production capacities are as large as 35 million tubes.
Xin Yi's core competencies are manufacturing, selling and customer services. The sizes of tube offered by Xin Yi include: DIA 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11.5mm, 12.5mm, 13.5mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22m, 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm, 50mm, with tube capacities ranging from 1.5 ml to 300 ml. Main products include aluminum cosmetic tubes for cream, gel and lotion, as well as adhesive tubes for silicone sealant, super glue, PVC glue, seam sealer, rubber cement, polyester putty, and grease lubricant. Custom manufacturing includes offset printing, hot stamp foil, thermal transfer printing, matte finish, base coating, internal lacquer, latex lining, and capping.
