Jin Shan Die Casting Industrial Company., Ltd is established in 1959. Jin Shan is a specialized in aluminum & zinc die casting facility. We are located in Tainan Taiwan and has a land property of 7,600 m² with enclosed a building/construction property of 10,560m² (3 floors).
There are total of 125 employees at our facility. We have 10 cold chamber die casting machines ranging from 125 ton to 1850 ton press and 10 hot chamber machines ranging from 60 ton to 250 ton press.
Jin Shan has recently installed a 1850 ton cold chamber machine from Italpresse, Italy and the machine is already set up and now ready for production. In addition, we also have Mazak and Brother CNC machines in house. Our facility uses a central furnace to melt our Aluminum ingot (ADC-10) and feed to each individual machine by the automatic feeder. We also have individual melting pot in which enable us to provide other aluminum materials to match up different customer’s requirement. The average usage of Aluminum is 150~200 ton per month.
The main products we are producing are automotive, garage door components, furniture, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical components/accessories and etc.
