Shanghai Xingling Wanli Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and was changed to a collective ownership in 1997. Our company was an amalgamation of Shanghai Wanli Electronic Appliances General Factory, Shenzhen Wanli Electronic Appliances Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xingling Business Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xingling Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xingmei Industry and Commerce Co., Ltd. We are a collective enterprise affiliated to the Economic Committee of Chongming County in Shanghai with a registered capital of 12 million RMB. In 2001, we purchased the former Shanghai Changzheng Screwdriver Factory and Shanghai Unique Plastics and Hardware Co., Ltd. Their product financial leases are around 10 million RMB. Our company changed to a private enterprise in 2003.
Our main products are hair dryers, electric irons, electric water kettles, automatic pencil sharpeners, hair-styling tools, hair cutting tools, screwdrivers, test pencils, combination tools and all kinds of accessories, such as fans and heating elements for household electronic appliances.
