Introduction of Surface Finish
- Anodizing: A secondary process method of electrolytic passivation, which can be used to increase the thickness of the oxide layer on the surface of metal parts and improve the appearance by its chemical reaction.
- Powder coating: A surface finish that make powder paint to attach to the surface of the product with a spray gun. It is finished by baking at a high temperature of 200 degrees.
- Electroplating: A surface finish that utilizes electrolysis to attach a layer of metal film to the surface of metal or other material parts.
- Laser engraving: Applying laser to engrave on the surface of the product. The density of the laser beam can be adjusted to make different effects. It's usually used for engraving text or patterns.
