This suction Bartack auto-cutting trimmer is suit for the process after flatseamer. Operators usually fold the thread and bartack it, then remove the thread by scissors. We setup a sensor on the top of needle plate. Suction will be active while operator put fabric on needle plate. Thread is pulled by suction function. Suction cutter active after operator step 2-Pedal Foot then active bartack program.
This device include ultra-short trimmer function. There are some similar suction Bartack devices in the market.
