Juki has their own shorter-thread remaining functions named LK-1900BNB model. The length of thread is around 2mm by Juki genuine device. Some customers wish to have a shorter one. We developed a new device by improving the structure and the material. We reduce it to 1mm or less and promise one year warranty under normal usage.
This device can be set up in every kind of Juki model Bartack machines and can be used in most kind of fabrics such as knitted fabrics, spandex, or denim. It suits producing bra or denim jeans very well. Just remember to choose the correct foot and hole guide for the fabrics. We prepare a lot of hole guide sizes from 1.6 mm to 3.0 mm. We own the patent in Taiwan, China, and Japan.
