PU sponge roller

Application:
the dried front part of roller of printing circuit board equipment

Characteristics:
not dry and hard, heat resisting up to 120℃, good moisture absorption, pliable and tough and friction resisting
The product needs no water to keep wet. Its roller is not dry and hard but remains elastic. Moreover, its service life is five times than similar products and can increase the productivity by 6-8 M/min. The sponge is also chemical resistant (10% respectively for copper chlorine, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid).

Circuit board, Back board, IC bipod, gold-plating process, Stainless steel board, liquid-crystal display, fab semiconductor, glass and so on…
