The Activator - III uses a special sensing circuit that detects inaudible sound pressure waves associated with the opening of doors and windows. It will cover the area of an average house with up to 5 bedrooms or an office of workshop of similar dimensions. However it is dependant on the volume of
the building as well as the location of the unit within the building.
Typically, the Activator -III will detect the opening of, or the breaking of any window at the perimeter of the house as well as the opening of any door at the perimeter of the house. The opening of internal doors will also be detected when opening a door into a room where the unit is installed. However, the
opening of doors to small rooms that are remote from the unit may not trigger it.

DESCRIPTION:
The Activator – III is a passive listening device; it does not transmit or emit radio waves or any kind of radiation. It is safe to use with animals and unlike other systems is not set off by animals.

The Activator – III listens for inaudible low frequency sound waves associated with the opening of or breaking of windows or doors. In nature some animals and mammals communicate 

using these infra sounds.
