Example: Propagation of 1 liter of photosynthetic bacteria Prepare a 1-liter PET bottle. Add 5 grams of Photospeed culture medium. Add 50–100 mL of photosynthetic bacterial inoculum. Fill the bottle with water (tap water or RO water). Tighten the cap and place the bottle under sunlight or artificial light for 7–14 days. When the liquid turns red, it can be diluted and applied to fish ponds or agricultural fields.
