Metallic K Series (Red Dot 20°~40°) are interior powder coating. This coating is ideal for indoor applications, including sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, hardware, fixtures, toolboxes, safety equipment, and wire goods.
1. K-Series are epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings.
2. Red dot K-Series have no chemical resistance; they are recommended to apply a clear top coat for protection.
3. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
6. Environment: Exterior.
7. Finish: Metallic Smooth.
8. Gloss: K-20856SB (20°±3%), A16-4XA (35°±3%), K-1206S (35°±3%), K-21565AB (40°±4%).
