0-Series Hammer Green Series are exterior powder coatings. It provides good weather resistance, ensuring a perfect balance of style and durability.
1. K-Series are epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings.
2. 0-Series are polyester powder coatings.
3. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, film thickness should be controlled at 60~90μm (fine hammer) or 80~120μm (thick hammer) for high performance.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
6. Environment: K-Series are for interior, 0-Series are for exterior.
