K-Series Hammer Black Series are interior powder coatings. These coatings are ideal for indoor applications, including sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, hardware, fixtures, toolboxes, safety equipment, and wire goods.
1. K-Series are epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings.
2. 3950H (Matt Hammer), K-9460H (Semi-Matt Hammer), K-9240H (Gloss Hammer).
3. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, film thickness should be controlled at 60~90μm (fine hammer) or 80~120μm (thick hammer) for high performance.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
