50 mm Modular Flooring System for Powerlifting & Weightlifting
Designed specifically for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and heavy daily strength training, this 50 mm modular flooring system delivers exceptional impact absorption, stability, and long-term durability for professional training environments.
Material Features
Manufactured from high-density natural rubber, this flooring features a strong, high-hardness structure engineered for heavy-impact applications.
The impact zone material has a hardness rating of approximately 85 Shore A, offering excellent resistance to compression, deformation, and repeated drops—while remaining odor-free and highly impact-resistant.
Unlike recycled flooring made from reclaimed tire rubber, which may shed surface particles over time, this flooring maintains a clean, stable surface throughout prolonged use.
The product has passed SGS certification, confirming zero formaldehyde and toluene emissions, making it safe for indoor commercial and training environments.
Structural Design Features
Different colors, different functions — engineered zoning for performance and safety
A. Colored Rubber Standing Zone: Constructed from high-hardness rubber with a firmness comparable to wood flooring (Shore hardness approx. 90). This zone provides strong ankle support and stability, preventing excessive compression under heavy loads and reducing the risk of instability during maximal lifts.
B. Black Rubber Drop Zone: Made from a softer rubber compound (Shore hardness approx. 80), designed to absorb impact from barbells and plates. This zone effectively reduces vibration and noise during repeated drops.
C. Cross-Lock Interlocking System: A proprietary patented design featuring a three-dimensional cross-lock connection, significantly enhancing inter-tile strength and preventing separation even under heavy barbell impact.
D. Hollow Column Honeycomb Base Structure: The underside features a hollow hexagonal column honeycomb structure. The internal air space reduces the intensity of vibration waves transmitted to the subfloor, effectively minimizing impact transfer.
E. Elastic Shock-Absorbing Spherical Particle: Elastic damping spherical particle are used at the base contact points. When weight impacts the flooring, these particle function similarly to a suspension system, dispersing and absorbing intense vibrations to reduce overall shock.
F. Through-Hole Ventilation Channels: Vertically integrated ventilation holes extend from the surface through to the base. Upon barbell or plate impact, these channels redirect sound waves upward, significantly reducing noise transmission to the floor below.
G. Beveled Edge Finish: Beveled edge trims help define different training zones during installation and reduce the risk of toe impact at tile edges, improving overall safety and accessibility.
H. Modular Interlocking Design: Allows flexible assembly to create training platforms tailored to the available space, eliminating the size limitations of traditional steel-framed deadlift or weightlifting platforms.
