Teflon extrusion screw and cylinder Corrosion problem improvement

The biggest challenge of Teflon extrusion for screw and barrel is the problem of corrosion.

The material of screw is C276 nickel-based alloy steel, which has good corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid, and is more tough and wear-resistant at high temperature.
The material of the barrel is made of nickel-based alloy bimetal. The thickness of the inner layer of nickel-based alloy is about 2.0~2.5mm. The outside is a base metal with hydrofluoric acid resistance, especially the part of the inlet has excellent hydrofluoric acid resistance.
