There are two main types of hydraulic piston seals: single-acting and double-acting. Both these seals are available in NAK’s range. These seals are installed on the piston and seal against the cylinder bore. This allows pressure to build up on one side of the piston, making the rod extend or retract based on fluid pressure. NAK has a wide range of standard hydraulic piston seals. NAK can also design and develop customized seals based on customers’ special requirements.
