Key points for filling powder particles into back-sealed aluminum foil bags
1.The machine adopts Japan TOPACK vertical filling and packaging machine. The whole machine adopts pneumatic cylinder operation. After the longitudinal and transverse sealing is completed, it is cooled appropriately before the aluminum foil package is cut into sections.
2.Use only flush cutters. With easy-tear design, it is convenient to tear open and pour out the powder.
3.Specification: 10-30g/bag, sample size of carry-on bag is 7.3x15cm. Usually filled with 20g collagen powder.
4.Packaging aluminum foil material: general CPP aluminum foil, PE easy-tear aluminum foil, paper aluminum foil.
