Features and application

• DMD insulation paper is a three-layer flexible laminate which has two layers of polyester fiber non-woven fabric outside and one layer of polyester film in the center
• Thermal class F(155℃) or thermal class B(155℃) with excellent electrical insulation properties, excellent processing performance and high mechanical strength.
• Mainly used in motor slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation, dry type transformer coil insulation, insulation pad for electrical parts and other fields.
• Standard thickness: 0.20mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, 0.46mm. Other thickness can be customized according to customer’s requirement.
• Color: white, blue.
• Other colors can be customized according to customer’s requirement.
• Stored in a clean, dry, ventilated place, keep away from fire and heating, avoid direct sunlight.
• Sell in rolls.  Standard width or slitting into required width(s).
