- Varnish Dipping – Dip the twisted pairs into different varnishes and properly cure the varnishes followed by the specific curing conditions for each varnish.
- Twisted Pair/Helical Coil – Make the specific specimens according to the UL standards.
- Heavy Build Magnet Wire – Some popular magnet wires for UL1446 test such as MW28/MW75, MW5/MW24, MW79/MW80, and MW30/MW76 are available to purchase. These magnet wires are either Heavy Build (NEMA Standard) or Class 0 (JIS Standard).
