Traits:
- Cylindrical, externally grayish-yellow or pale brownish-yellow, with longitudinal wrinkles and transverse lenticels. Texture hard and slightly tenacious, fracture highly fibrous and starchy, bark yellowish-white, wood pale yellow, with radiate striations and fissures. Odor, slight; taste, slightly sweet, slightly bean-like on chewing.
