Why do aluminum packaging tubes need double lacquer on the inner wall? The purpose of internal lacquering is to form a protective film on the aluminum inside so that the contents will not be in immediate contact with aluminum and thus avoid undesirable chemical reactions. For example, hair dye cream has ingredients that are reactive to aluminum. It should be packaged in aluminum tubes with internal lacquer to prevent from tube corrosion and paste perish. Double lacquer maximizes the effect of protection.
