Have you ever wondered why some glue products get cured way before the end of their shelf life? Would that make you feel these glue products are of bad quality? The problem might not have anything to do with the glue itself but is rather about the quality of packaging material.

The tightness of aluminum tube packaging can be enhanced by two procedures. One is by folding and crimping. In general, three or five folds create higher tightness than two folds. The other is latex lining. A latex band that is sprayed onto the inner wall at the tube base fills the left space near the folds and thus prevents air penetration.
