Especially suitable to cut shapes like, round arc, symmetrical round arc, unsymmetrical arc, gear shaped line, zigzag pattern etc.

After CNC contour cutting machine sets up the thickness and quantity of the foam by using computer programming, it starts auto cutting, the blade returns to its origin after cutting is completed.

The blade is suitable for cutting any type of foam block.The density of the foam and the cutting speed is opposite, which means when the density of foam is higher, the blade cuts slower.

Optional turntable, which allows the cutting material to turn 90 degrees then do the cutting: for example, cutting of pyramid, and cutting of equal side groove.

For high density foam block, rebond foam, or smaller size foam a center support can be added, with turning unit to increase the blade cutting accuracy.

Cutting speed can be accelerated or decelerated according to density and thickness of the cutting material by control panel.

Manual operation mode available for quick maneuver of the material.
