Long sheet cutter (conveyor type) with two side trimming device, platform and winding device

1. It is specially designed for cutting flexible long block into thin sheet and rolling foam into roll for quilting or laminating purpose.
2. Long block transfer by high speed belt conveyor.
3. The winding unit is installed on the top of the platform above the conveyor and winding up the foam sheet into rolls.
4. Ability to minimize knife mark thanks to high speed and great precision.
5. The machine consists of solid and strong construction of cast steel.
6. It is equipped with large diameter knife pulley, and thick solid precise blade guide.
7. The two sets of grinding units allow the band knife to be grinded continuously.
8. Auto band knife is controlled by servo control unit which enables the position of band knife the same distance from the blade guide.
9. The grinding unit includes an auto system which protects the blade by withdrawing the grinding stones when the blade stops, preventing wearing down of the blade.
10. The cutting angle of blade guide can be changed in order to meet every variation of materials and different cutting thickness.
11. The table is equipped with vacuum system to ensure the foam material from moving during operation.
12. The additional heat sealing unit can be used to join the required length such as 100m,200m...etc in rolls.
