Heavy duty horizontal splitting machine

The machine is designed to cut tough material into thin sheets.

Suitable for cutting Natural & Synthetic Rubber Foam, Neoprene, E.V.A. Foam, LDPE Foam, PVC Foam, cork or rebonded Rubber.

The foam is placed on the specially made table with suction unit, preset the cutting thickness from the monitor and after split off, sheets are taken away by hand.

The machine consists of solid and strong construction of cast steel fitted with two knife wheels to achieve constant optimum cutting quality.

Equipped with large diameter knife pulley, and thick & solid precision blade guide.

With two sets of grinding units which grinds the band knife continuously.

Auto band knife is controlled by servo control unit which can keep the position of band knife always at the same distance from the blade guide.

The grinding unit includes an auto system that protects the blade by withdrawing the grinding stones when the blade stops, preventing wearing down of the blade.

The cutting angle of blade guide can be changed in order to meet every variation of materials and different cutting thickness.

Equipped with vacuum table to stabilize the foam while cutting.

Option of increasing cutting table length and width.

The stacking device allows the automatic removal of the sheets which is free of manual labor. The sheets are transferred to the platform to be stacked on the pallet. The finished stack can be easily transported by forklift.
