History
1981/July : "Hong Hsiang” (Yuan Chang’s predecessor) was founded as a pecialized company for maintaining and repairing paper making machine.
1994/July: Yuan Chang Tsay Industry Co., Ltd.was established and specialized in producing various environmental protection equipments.
1997/Jan.: Had the authorized dealers in Taipei and Kaohsiung, combined Our Head Office in Taichung to offer the complete sales and after service for our customers in Taiwan.
2002/Oct.: Had our Export Department to develop our foreign market positively, the oversea sales and service net including Mainland China, Japan, U.S.A., Russia, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, Central and South America, Middle East, Africa...etc. Products have a high reputation

2003/Jan.: Had the authorized agent to offer the complete sales and after service for our customers in Mainland China.
2003/Feb.: Bought our new factory land in Taichung Port Quanlian Industry Park.
2004/Aug.: Estimated and began to guide ISO 9001:2000 Int’l Quality Management System in our company.
2005/Mar.: Obtained the ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certificate.
2007/Sep.: Our new factory inauguration.
2009/Jan.: Obtained the new ISO9001 Quality System Certificate.
2011/ Aug.: In collaboration with Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan, R.O.C. for R & D and technology transfer of their relative products..
2012/Jan..: Obtained the CE Certificate of waste water treatment recycling system」
2012/Dec.: Stationed two Incubation Centers of Science and Technology University and through the cooperation of factory and school to improve and upgrade our products.
2014/Jan.: Bought a new factory and combined the factory lot into 7100 M².
2014/May: Established three branch offices in Bangkok, Thailand, Shanghai and Chongqing, Mainland China to expand the business and marketing services.
2014/Dec: The applications and sales volume of our relative equipments access 4,000 sets. Accomplish the whole plant output targets with professional manufacturing of environmental protection equipments, product marketing world-renowned private enterprises and public institutions for a
