As an ISO19001: 2008 certificated plastic injection mold manufacturer, with 20 years mould making experience, our moulds and molding parts are widely used by Electrolux, Phillips, General ElectricHonda, Toyota, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Kimberly Clark and LRE Medical GmBH.
Our main facilities are imported from Germany, Japan, Switzerland. We are capable to manufacture big mould. The 2.1 meter CNC, the two-head EDM and injection machine from 1800 tons to 2400 tons are available here. Also make the high precision moulds like gear and connector. The tightest tolerance is ± 0.005 mm.
In additional to custom plastic injection mould, We make many two-shot moulds. The vertical and horizontal double injection machines are available for mould trial or mass production.
The efficient project engineers communicate with customer technically in fluent English. We are using advanced ERP system for our tool shop management.
