Components of manul molding silicon rubber Manul molding silicon rubber is a kind of flowing liquid and it contains two parts. Part A is a kind of white flowing liquid and part B is the curing agent. Remember to mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise the silicon rubber will be partly solidified and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation. What’s more, the finished moulds will meet a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicon rubber. Notice of manual molding silicone rubber Usually, we don’t advise customer to add silicone oil to the silicone to according to the shore A. If necessary, we would suggest the silicone oil added bewteen 5%~10%. Operations of manual molding silicone rubber Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the origianal moldel, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you cn pour it into the mold frame. The sillicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours. Note: the time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5mins, othewise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing. it will not be operated.
