We would like to introduce our company Dental-Trade, Ltd from Russia dealing with supply of carbide tungsten burs and other dental instruments. Our region is the center of high-quality carbide burs’ and other precise tools’ manufacturing. We make burs with titanium nitride and diamond covering. They are distinguished by unsurpassed concentricity and preciseness. Our burs guarantee better operating control and longer wear. The working tips of the burs are made of the premium-class sintered hard alloy that is tungsten carbide and tantalum with the addition of cobalt. The alloy is subject to the special process providing the isostatic compression of the structure and the change of properties that guarantees the outstanding increase of durability of the instrument cutting edge hence the burs can be used for a long time with the same high-quality effect. The cutting edges are processed with the special diamond tool on the new Siemens equipment ensuring ultimate concentricity and sharpness of the teeth. Burs with the working part diameter ISO 023 (2,35 mm) and less are produced from one solid piece of tungsten carbide whereas those with bigger size working tips are welded onto special high-alloy steel resisting the distorting effects, which may occur during the work. The burs therefore are distinguished by the ideal concentricity, unsurpassed stability and vibration free operation. Owing to the introduction of new technologies the quality of our burs has been considerably improved.
Due to the variety of forms and cuts the burs are effective on different kinds of materials i.e. precious and non-precious alloys, porcelain, acrylics, plaster, cast iron, nature stone etc. and are popular among stomatologists- orthopedists, jewelers, cosmetologists, etc.
