RP-35D metal detectable earplugs are designed to protect the ear from noise disturbances while also being sensed by metal detectors when the earplugs are dropped down the production line to avoid foreign objects being loaded into the product. They are commonly used in industrial settings, especially in food processing industry. RP-35D feature a three-flange cone design to help fit the ear canal better and achieve better sound insulation effect. This product has passed the US S3.19-1974 test standard, and the noise reduction rate reaches NRR26dB. Special blue metal sensing earplugs with metal sensing cords are the most used personal hearing protection products in the food processing industry. They are made from a pre-molded washable material and can be cleaned with soap and water. With proper care and maintenance, they can last for weeks which are a more cost-effective option in the long run. For hygienic considerations, the earplugs are individually packaged in individual resealable polybag which meet hygiene and sustainability expectations.
