This machine is designed for cutting Flexible Urethane Foam (Polyester, Polyether), open celled Vinyl foam into profiled shape.

This machine is suitable to slice the foam after it has been profiled. i.e. Foam mattress covering material, packing material.

The foam sheet are fed through the profile roller into the band knife and spurring their compressed state there by two sheets are produced of which on side consists of the profile shape.

In order to cut special type of material, the size and position of front and back table, roller, feeding rack, and rewinding rack maybe changed.

Different table surface can be used for different cutting material.
