Auto batch vacuum foaming system

Able to make very low density foam block, less than 10kgs/m3 without using Methylene.

Capable of increasing foam hardness by modifying pressure conditions, which reduces consumption of co-polymer.

Optional vacuum tank with flat top press lip to make the top of rectangular or round foam block flatter. It reduces the amount of chemicals used and decreases the fire hazard.
