Description:
SE-8700 can spread quickly surface of the mold so that the defective rate of the product compared to the traditional release agent substantially lower. No carbonation, especially using in EVA rubber injection shoe sole manufacturing or EVA rubber footwear.
Characteristics

• SE-8700 efficiently spread the surface of the Mold to ensure that the products not differentiate due to un-uniform layer
• After continued use of SE-8700, the mold can be cleaned with water, eliminate the requirement of cleaning agent, which may cause chemical damage on the mold surface, leading to re-plating, resulting in increased costs
• It does not accumulate hard dirt on the mold
• No fish eye effect on the product

Application:

• High-pressure injection EVA shoe sole release
• EVA foam rubber mold release
• Rubber plastic antistatic agent
• Leather and wooden furniture or marble floor gloss
• Vehicle tires and interior plastic gloss
• SE-8700 can blend with other silicone emulsion softeners, and resins to enhance the hand feel of the fabric
• Soft smoothing agent SE-8700 is multi-component amino-modified polysiloxane elastomer, applicable to polyester, cotton and its blended soft finish. It is apply to padding and dipping process.

Processing:

• Dilute with water to a ratio between 1/50 to 1/60 (depending on the field of industry)
• Mold is water washable after prolonged use of SE-8700
• Store only in high concentration

Packing and storage

• 200kg in one plastic drum
• Can be storage for 8 months, at room temperature and in cool and dry place
• The product is non-hazardous, chemical properties stability, can be used in any mode of transport.
