Auto Bar Screen
(Cable Operated Type-For Heavy/Extra Heavy Duty)

1. Structure and Principle
The bar screen fixed on the machine frame and the bar with teeth fixed on the chain which drove by the motor with gear reducer, meanwhile, driven direction was the same with the waste water running one. The solids (impurities) or residues will be captured by the rod with teeth from the bottom to the top and catched by the container (option). This equipment is running continuously when pressed the switch on button and stop when pressed the switch off button.

2. Purpose

• These equipments'design for intercepting and gaining the floating impurity, suspended solid of wastewater treating plant, pumping station, city drainage integrated treatment plant, all kinds of industrial wastewater… etc, and for protecting the post-equipment (pump) of the wastewater treatment to avoid to be clogged by the impurity. Generally speaking for coarse/extreme large grille design applications.
• Cable operated type. For heavy/ extra heavy duty.

3. Features

• Machine Frame and teeth made of stainless steel (SUS304), with corrosion / acid / alkaline resistance.
• With mass dregs gained and wide application.
• Less consumables, easy maintenance because no transmission parts under the water.

• These standard equipments are designed for the channel depth could over 5 meter.

4. Specification and Functions

• Adopted the torque limiter to protect this bar screen, load in the machine vibration, overload or mechanical failure that produce torque exceeds a set value, will slide the torque transmission by way of limitation, to prevent deformation of parts or damage, to avoid repair or replacement parts.
• With simple machine structure and easy disassembly and maintenance.
• With Strong residue capturing ability and suitable for the several sewage; ranking teeth opening will be 20~100mm after your choice.
