DG series horizontal single-suction multistage centrifugal pumps are suitable for supplying clean water of other liquids with similar physical & chemical properties with water. This series pumps are developed by the pump trades and its effeciency is 4% higher that of the old products. They are recommended by the nation as a kind of ernergy saving products. For type DG pumps, the medium tempreture is not excess 130℃ and they can be used for bolier water supplying, water flooding in oil-fields and in other spots. Allowed suction pressure≤0.6MPa (suction nozzle pressure must be indicated in order) Capacity: 3.75cbm/h-185cbm/h Head: 69m-684m Construction: the pumps have vertical inlet and outlet Drive: the pumps are directly driven by motor through flexible coupling. The rotation is clockwise viewed from motor end. Shaft seal: soft packing are used to seal the shaft or mechanical sealing the shaft sleeve can be renewed. Bearing and balance: rolling bearings are used to surpport the pump and the bearings are lubricated by grease. Mainly axial force is balancing disc and others are absored by rolling bearings.
